About me: I have an unstoppable desire to make a difference in the lives of young adults– particularly children and families. My journey began more than 23 years ago, as a high school business educator assisting youth with substance addiction in the surrounding Los Angeles area. There, I learned that everyone has value. My vision is to provide supportive services that strengthen souls, reunite broken families, and reduce generational poverty. One of my first meaningful jobs supporting victims of sex trafficking & other abuse. My experiences have led to a long rich career of service (and gratitude) - both in the profit and nonprofit industries. I've dedicated countless years of passion, ingenuity, and expertise in organizations that move disadvantage population forward. I’ve served in LAUSD as CTE Business Teacher and California Rehabilitation Center Prison as Journey Counselor III positions, including CEO/Owner roles of Reach One & Teach One. My long-standing mission is to help people reach their highest and best potential.

Established in 2017, Reach One & Teach One Inc. is a non-profit (501c3) community outreach dedicated to providing counseling and support services to teenagers for the treatment and prevention of substance abuse. Reach One & Teach One will offer an outpatient center that specializes in anger management, domestic violence, and drug and alcohol abuse counseling with programs specially designed to meet the developmental needs of teens. Reach One & Teach One offers the extensive research and experience necessary to challenge and support each teen’s cognitive thinking, coping skills, addictive and abusive behavior, emotional and physical arousal depression, and mental health or emotional health issues. Reach One & Teach One Inc. is dedicated to providing an invaluable resource for local school districts, juvenile detention halls and centers, correctional facilities, transitional housing facilities, local churches, and more. .

The Reach One & Teach One mission is to provide supportive services that strengthen souls, reunite broken families, and reduce generational poverty. Reach One & Teach One specializes in teen substance abuse counseling and prevention. Reach One & Teach One strives to change the course of young lives through educating, counseling, and preventing teens from wanting to use marijuana, alcohol, or any illicit substance. Teens experiencing substance abuse/addiction have a higher dropout rate and a higher chance being incarnated than their peers. Reach One & Teach One understands the early signs or symptoms that are common in substance abuse at this age, and looks to become an effective advocate for change, and ultimately reducing the increasing rate of recidivism. Reach One & Teach One Inc. will maintain and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity in its operations. the mission of your organization.
